Q. How long will it take for me to receive my items?
A. You should receive your items in 4-7 business days (due to covid shipping times may very)
Q. Will i get a tracking number?
A. Yes, all tracking numbers are sent to the customers email once that tracking number is given we are no longer responsible for your order. If you haven't received your order by the time and date that is written please contact your mail carrier.
Q. Is your jewelry real?
A. No ALL jewelry is costume/fashion jewelry
Q. What kind of lashes do you have?
A. Natural to Dramatic mink lashes
Q. What if i want a refund or exchange?

Unworn merchandise can be returned within 7 days of your order delivery date. Dripping N Diamonds does NOT offer refunds, however we will offer a store credit which you can use towards a future purchase. (Credit will be given in the form of a Dripping N Diamonds egift card) Items must be in the original condition.
Return shipping fee is the responsibility of the CUSTOMER. We Do NOT provide return labels.

Upon receiving your returned item(s), we will inspect it for defects and/or signs of wear. If we detect that the item has been worn or damaged we reserve the right to deny your return.
Once we've determined your item(s) are in good condition you will be emailed the egift card for your store credit. Please allow up to 7 business days for your return to be processed and finalized.

All items are inspected prior to sale for quality.
Damaged items are not sold. Therefore if you receive it damaged you must file a claim with the mail carrier Dripping N Diamonds is not responsible

A. Yes, our lip glosses are homemade please be sure to read the description box for the ingredients
